Our programs focus on dynamic and innovative skill development.

By applying eccentric skating and puck handling skills to a deliberate practice philosophy, we are able to effectively and efficiently produce highly skilled elite level hockey players.

We emphasize building strong moral character in each of our players as well as supporting charity events, such as our
Beach Hockey Classic Tournament

Coach Prince has trained and coached numerous elite level players. He develops and utilizes innovative methods to increase players’ quickness, stability, strength, speed, vision, endurance, and stick skills with proven results. He is a winner of two state championships as a coach with the ’92 Syracuse Stars AAA program, a team which graduated nine players to the USHL, BCHL, NCAA, OHL,  ECHL, AHL, and the NHL. He is also a twenty-five year veteran of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. He believes in teaching respect, responsibility, commitment, law abiding citizenship, and moral character as integral parts to becoming an elite level hockey player.

“When we hit the ice, it’s all business. There’s no standing around or horseplay. We train hard and fast continuously raising the bar and setting our players apart. Why can’t the next NHL star be you?”
– Coach Dan Prince (Prince Elite Head Coach)

Shane is a highly skilled professional hockey player and currently a member of the NHL New York Islanders. After playing five seasons of youth hockey for the two-time State Champion ’92 Syracuse Stars, Shane was drafted into the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). After racking up 212 points in 175 OHL games for the Ottawa 67’s, Shane was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the second round of the 2011 NHL Draft. As a 2015 American Hockey League (AHL) All-Star, Shane made his NHL debut and recorded his first NHL point on February 16, 2015 versus the Carolina Hurricanes.

“I’ve been through four NHL Training Camps and three seasons of professional hockey… I’m competing against the best players in the world. I have to be fast and skilled to compete. I still do a lot of the same training I did as a kid. It got me to where I am today and continues to set me a part at every level.”
– Shane Prince (New York Islanders)
